About the role
TL;DR
Provide exceptional patient care and clinical support as a Medical Assistant.
- •One Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide an exceptional patient experience, offering venipuncture and clinical support services.
- •You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive in-office experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide venipuncture and other clinical support services.
- •Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up.
- •Maintain office appearance and ensure a branded patient experience.
- •Answer patient messages and follow up on lab cases.
- •Perform front of house duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
- •Requirements At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
- •Strong customer service and communication skills.
- •High School Diploma or equivalent.
- •Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems.
