- •Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across APAC.
- •Build and maintain talent pipelines and track recruitment funnel metrics.
- •Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- •Support office management tasks and plan team activities.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally covering APAC markets.
- •Proficiency with an ATS and HRIS, and comfortable with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
- •Strong organization, detail-orientation, and communication skills.
- •Automation mindset to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
