- •As our People Operations Manager, you will lead, coach, and enable a talented People Ops team while driving our transition into AI-driven workflows and automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Coach and scale the People Ops team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement Lay the foundations for future AI platforms.
- •Identify opportunities to streamline the employee lifecycle, automate data reporting, and use AI tools to solve real business challenges Oversee the operational delivery of annual performance and reward cycles, benefits renewals, and vendor management Supervise the administration of employee share plans and ensure flawless execution of regulatory processes, including Right to Work checks, contractor management, and leave types Requirements Experience managing and coaching a People Operations function to high performance A track record of delivering automated, pragmatic solutions and an eagerness to adopt and drive AI tools Advanced Excel skills and a highly analytical approach to data management and reporting The ability to navigate ambiguity, balance conflicting demands, and maintain a customer focus Able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working
