- •Inertia is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end execution of projects Drive project progress by tracking tasks and managing timelines Facilitate cross-functional discussions and resolve conflicts Develop project plans and reporting to communicate status and risks Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track Apply technical understanding to support decision-making Requirements 5+ years of project coordination or management experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications Experience with project management tools (MS Project required; Jira a plus) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
