- •As an Account Executive at Juicebox, you'll transform hiring by introducing organizations to our AI recruiting platform.
- •You'll manage the full sales cycle, focusing on relationship-building and closing deals.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.
- •Convert inbound demo requests and free trial users into long-term customers.
- •Partner with Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders to understand their hiring challenges and recommend solutions.
- •Identify expansion opportunities within our existing customer base.
- •Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product to improve the customer journey and drive revenue growth.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience closing SaaS deals.
- •Experience selling deals with annual contract values (ACVs) between $10K and $50K.
- •A track record of consistently exceeding quota (President's Club, Top Performer, Top 10%, MVP, or similar achievements).
- •Strong discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- •Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- •A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- •Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
