- •Nectar Social is seeking a Senior Sales & GTM Recruiter to scale revenue-generating teams during a critical growth phase.
- •You will partner with commercial leadership to attract, engage, and close top-tier Go-to-Market talent, directly impacting the company's top-line growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive full-cycle GTM hiring for sales, customer success, and revenue operations roles.
- •Partner with commercial leadership to align on hiring targets and aggressive ramp schedules.
- •Proactively source and pitch high-performing sales talent using creative outbound strategies.
- •Refine the GTM hiring engine with structured interview loops and closing strategies.
- •Champion a fast, high-touch candidate experience.
- •Requirements 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on SaaS Sales and GTM teams.
- •Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to evaluate sales talent.
- •Proven track record of closing top-performing revenue talent in competitive markets.
- •Data and metrics-driven approach to optimizing the hiring funnel.
- •Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
