About the role
TL;DR
Administer employee benefits programs and provide high-touch support.
- •As Senior Benefits Associate, you'll play a meaningful role in ensuring every Zocdoc employee can access, understand, and rely on the benefits they need.
- •You'll own the day-to-day operations of our health, retirement, and leave programs with precision and genuine care.
- •Key Responsibilities Administering Zocdoc's employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, etc.).
- •Serving as the primary point of contact for employees navigating benefits questions and enrollments.
- •Administering leave of absence programs in partnership with Zocdoc's leave administrator.
- •Performing regular audits of benefit eligibility, payroll deductions, and vendor files.
- •Supporting annual Open Enrollment processes.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of progressive benefits administration experience.
- •Experience administering Leave of Absence programs (FMLA, ADA, state leave, disability).
- •Strong working knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA, ACA).
- •Superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
