- •Zinnia is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of compliance operations and regulatory intelligence platforms for life insurance and annuity carriers.
- •This role involves translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical designs and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product delivery for compliance workflow features.
- •Translate regulatory and operational requirements into system designs for sanctions screening, AML, fraud detection, and case management.
- •Write detailed product requirements and manage integrations with third-party vendors.
- •Drive data model and data quality requirements for traceability and retention.
- •Define compliance workflows that are preventative and auditable.
- •Requirements 6+ years of Product Management or Business Systems experience, with at least 2 years in regulated financial services or insurance.
- •Direct exposure to compliance operations, sanctions screening, AML/BSA programs, or fraud monitoring.
- •Strong requirements writing skills and ability to reason about system needs from regulatory requirements.
- •Comfortable working across US and India time zones with distributed teams.
- •Experience with data-intensive platforms and Agile delivery.
