TL;DR
Define and drive the product strategy for AeroVect's autonomous fleet operations.
- •AeroVect is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to define the strategy, roadmap, and development of products for their Autonomous Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) vehicles.
- •This role will focus on building remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet monitoring systems to ensure safe and reliable operations at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap, spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management.
- •Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product priorities and scope phased milestones.
- •Drive technical execution by partnering with engineering teams on system requirements and design discussions.
- •Provide cross-functional leadership and serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Fleet Operations products.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end.
- •Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in high-reliability environments.
- •Proven ability to ship 0 to 1 products in a fast-paced environment.
- •Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
