- •Bankjoy is seeking a Product Manager III to lead the development and strategic direction of their kids and family financial empowerment product.
- •This is a 0-to-1 product role, owning the roadmap from concept through launch and growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the kids and family financial empowerment product.
- •Conduct market research to identify trends and user needs in the kids fintech and financial education space.
- •Develop user stories, personas, and journey maps for children and parents.
- •Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to define product requirements.
- •Ensure product initiatives adhere to regulatory compliance requirements for minors.
- •Requirements Minimum 7 years of product management experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial education.
- •Demonstrated passion for financial empowerment and financial education, ideally for younger audiences.
- •Proven track record of managing a product through its full lifecycle, from 0-to-1 launch.
- •Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial products serving minors.
- •Experience working with financial institutions, credit unions, or community banks is a strong plus.
