- •Key Responsibilities Design and build core modules of Milvus and Vector Lakebase Drive the evolution of the engine architecture Design database capabilities for AI and Agent workloads Own the stability of Zilliz Cloud Iterate on AI developer tooling Contribute to the Milvus open-source community Requirements 3+ years of experience building database systems Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong systems programming ability in C++, Go, or Rust Deep understanding of distributed systems and database internals Experience with large-scale cloud-native databases is a strong plus
