Drive reliability, scalability, and performance of critical systems through automation and operational excellence.
- •As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be embedded with a cross-functional team responsible for key system components.
- •You will gain the context needed to be effective and move at speed within the Filevine environment, ultimately contributing to mission-critical objectives that enhance autonomous systems and build your reputation as an exceptional engineer.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and improve monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and SLI/SLOs for production visibility.
- •Build internal tools and delivery pipelines to boost efficiency and ensure reliable deployments.
- •Drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and security.
- •Lead production incident response from triage to resolution.
- •Guide major technical initiatives and manage technical risks.
- •Requirements 8+ years in software/platform engineering or DevOps, with 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering.
- •Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), Kubernetes, IaC, and full-stack observability.
- •Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and CI/CD.
- •Proven track record in incident response and root cause analysis.
- •Strong communication skills with a history of mentoring engineers and leading projects.
