About the role
TL;DR
Senior Product Designer to own problems end-to-end from discovery to shipped product.
- •Zen Educate is seeking a Senior Product Designer to work on meaningful projects at the intersection of service, system, and interface design.
- •This role involves not just designing solutions but also helping bring them to life end-to-end, moving fluidly from problem framing to shipped product.
- •Key Responsibilities Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through to shipped product.
- •Design flows, systems, and interfaces that are simple, scalable, and high-quality.
- •Stay close to the customer, building a deep understanding of educators, schools, and internal teams.
- •Build and contribute to the research machine, continuously learning through interviews, observation, data, and product usage.
- •Collaborate deeply with engineers and PMs, while increasingly contributing directly to implementation.
- •Requirements Motivated to take ideas beyond design and into real, shipped product experiences.
- •Ability to move faster from idea to prototype to live product.
- •Willingness to own more of the "how it works," not just "how it looks." Experience in shaping solutions, prototyping, and helping ship them into production.
- •Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
