  • This Senior Product Designer role is pivotal in shaping and designing our B2B SaaS product and steering its strategic direction, influencing user experience and design culture.
  • Key Responsibilities Advocate for customer goals through direct interaction, research, and data analysis.
  • Design simple, predictable, and impactful user experiences from ideation to high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver an exceptional product.
  • Move fast with high attention to detail, iterating as necessary.
  • Lead from the front by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and driving positive impact.
  • Requirements Experience as a B2B designer in an in-house product development team.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Systems-thinking mindset for cohesive experiences across complex products.
  • Pragmatism in using tools, frameworks, and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
