Senior Product Designer for the Proposals Squad, shaping user experience for contractor tools.
- •As a Senior Product Designer on the design team, you will be part of the Proposals product squad.
- •You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of the tools contractors use to win the job, often balancing competing goals of fidelity, release velocity, delight, and developer bandwidth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design process for the Proposals Squad while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
- •Work in an iterative design process: initiating UX research, prototyping, usability testing, incorporating internal+external feedback, and evaluating metrics.
- •Apply strategic thinking to product features, ensuring your design solutions align with company goals.
- •Advocate for our users, as the company is customer-obsessed.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in supporting full product life cycles.
- •Ability to break down complex problems to create intuitive, delightful solutions.
- •Experience with user research methodologies and demonstrated ability to translate findings into actionable design insights.
- •Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- •Comfortable integrating AI tools into your design process.
