- •The Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for translating Yuno's strategy into operational reality, acting as a connective tissue across various departments and external partners.
- •This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and ground-level execution in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- •Architect scalable operational workflows and governance structures.
- •Diagnose inefficiencies and implement structured improvements.
- •Build models and dashboards for real-time visibility and decision-making.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering for seamless product and payments launches.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or high-growth startup environments.
- •Proficient in data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects and maintain senior stakeholder alignment.
- •Strong structured thinking skills to break down ambiguous problems.
- •Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
