Manage end-to-end supply chain execution for Wayve's product builds and programmes.
- •Wayve is seeking a Programme Manager, Supply Chain to own end-to-end supply chain execution for assigned programmes and product builds.
- •This role is crucial for prototype development, new product introduction, and fleet launches, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and external partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Supply Chain lead for assigned programmes, owning material readiness.
- •Manage upfitter and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with programme timelines and quality standards.
- •Define, track, and report on key supply chain performance metrics.
- •Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, and Suppliers to align supply chain activities.
- •Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and actively manage supply chain risks.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain programme management, NPI, and hardware operations.
- •Strong understanding of BOM management, material planning, and procurement processes.
- •Familiarity with supplier compliance frameworks including TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements.
- •Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programmes.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
