About the role
TL;DR
Lead high-priority strategic projects end-to-end for the CEO's office.
- •As a senior member of the Founders' Office, you will take the company's highest-priority projects from "we need to do this" to done, owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end.
- •Take charge of initiatives that cut across departments.
- •Conduct opportunity assessments to provide recommendations for growth.
- •Identify what the company should work on next and make it happen.
- •Requirements 3–5 years of experience in high-velocity environments.
- •Independent and proactive.
- •Able to build alignment across functions and manage multiple workstreams.
- •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
