- •We are seeking a Growth Marketing Director to own MQLs, drive pipeline, and establish XBOW as the leading brand in autonomous offensive security.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and execute a full-funnel growth marketing strategy across multiple channels.
- •Build and optimize demand generation programs targeting security practitioners, CISOs, and engineering leaders.
- •Establish marketing analytics infrastructure to measure performance and ROI.
- •Partner closely with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign feedback loops.
- •Requirements 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior growth or demand generation role.
- •Advanced experience in account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise or mid-market security and engineering personas.
- •Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs that contributed to revenue growth.
- •Deep expertise across multiple marketing channels including paid search/social, SEO, content, email, and events.
- •Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing attribution and reporting tools.
