Build Alpaca into a leading media brand with an AI-first content engine.
- •Alpaca is seeking a Head of Content & Media to build the company into a leading media and lifestyle brand at the intersection of financial services, investing, technology, and global markets.
- •This role will build and lead an AI-first content engine and develop original media properties.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy and buildout of Alpaca as a recognized media brand.
- •Manage the content team and build Alpaca’s AI-first content operating system.
- •Build and own Alpaca’s podcast platform from the ground up.
- •Develop podcast and video programming featuring executives, customers, and industry leaders.
- •Leverage AI and automation to dramatically increase content velocity, consistency, quality, and scale.
- •Requirements 10+ years of content marketing experience, including 3+ years leading and building teams in a high-growth B2B technology or fintech environment.
- •Outstanding storytelling and editorial judgment.
- •An exceptional operator who isn’t afraid to build the playbook.
- •Deep understanding and track record of leveraging AI-native content creation tools and marketing automation.
- •Comfortable collaborating remotely in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
