- •Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a Director of Provider Growth Marketing to build and scale their provider referral engine.
- •This role will own the marketing strategy and execution to accelerate provider referrals and establish Clarity as a leading specialty partner for pediatricians.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, test, and optimize marketing programs to increase provider adoption and referral volume.
- •Build the communications, lifecycle marketing, and channel strategy for the provider journey.
- •Develop scalable education programs for pediatricians on Clarity's services.
- •Create messaging, content, and tools to enable sales and enterprise teams.
- •Drive event and field marketing strategy to generate pipeline and deepen relationships.
- •Requirements 8-10+ years of total work experience, with 3+ years in provider marketing, field marketing, product marketing, or account-based marketing in healthcare.
- •Proven experience building growth initiatives from scratch in a high-growth or early-stage company.
- •Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging for clinicians and healthcare executives.
- •An AI-first mindset and eagerness to leverage AI and automation in marketing.
- •A bias toward action, with the ability to prioritize impact and make decisions with incomplete information.
