- •This role involves leading the end-to-end bring-up of GPU compute hardware for AI training clusters, directly impacting the company's computational capacity.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a hardware deployment team.
- •Own L11 rack integration and compute hardware bring-up.
- •Drive aggressive bring-up timelines to achieve high node availability.
- •Manage post-L11 hardware health and internalize repairs.
- •Enforce vendor SLAs and perform root cause analysis of hardware failures.
- •Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, integrating, or repairing compute/server hardware at data center scale.
- •Direct experience with L11 integration and bring-up of GPU or accelerator-based systems.
- •Demonstrated experience leading technician or engineering teams.
- •Deep troubleshooting skills across servers, GPUs, and cooling systems.
- •Willingness to work on-site in Memphis, TN, including extended hours and weekends.
