- •The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications.
- •This role involves planning, resource management, quality and safety oversight, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day issue resolution.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise field work and liaise between engineering and project management for contract compliance.
- •Coordinate construction field scopes to align with the project schedule safely.
- •Manage site logistics for deliveries, activities, and coordination with adjacent projects.
- •Plan work methods, materials, equipment, and schedules, and update weekly schedules based on project feedback.
- •Review project specifications, nuclear safety basis documents, and work packages to support job setup.
- •Requirements 15+ years of industrial construction experience, with at least 5 years in nuclear facility or DOE site construction. 7+ years of experience managing complex construction projects in highly regulated environments.
- •Experience on DOE Hanford Site or other DOE nuclear facilities.
- •Active DOE Q clearance or ability to obtain one.
- •Previous experience working under Nuclear Quality Assurance standards.
