- •Wolt is seeking a Grocery Shift Lead to manage their Grocery team in Hannover.
- •This role involves ensuring efficient operations, solving team issues, and contributing to store development.
- •Key Responsibilities Ensuring efficient operations and acting as the go-to person when the Store Manager is absent.
- •Solving issues and supporting the team.
- •Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, and well-being.
- •Collecting and forwarding feedback.
- •Proactively participating in developing store operations.
- •Requirements Experience as a Grocery Associate or in other grocery/retail stores.
- •Experience in leading a team, preferably in a similar industry.
- •Proactive, service-minded, fast learner with multitasking abilities.
- •Ability to work flexibly at least 40 hours weekly, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- •Professional working proficiency in English and German.
- •Right to work in Germany.
