About the role
TL;DR
Lead global logistics process standards and enhance system capabilities for operational excellence.
- •As a Global Logistics Process Lead, you will strengthen ASM’s global logistics capabilities by shaping standards that support our long-term growth and operational excellence.
- •You will work closely with global process owners, IT, and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and drive harmonization.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process mapping and standardization efforts.
- •Own global logistics process standards and the associated business capability roadmap.
- •Define and prioritize business requirements for end-to-end logistics solutions.
- •Establish and govern master data standards, business rules, and process controls.
- •Partner with Planning, Sourcing and Manufacturing teams to optimize end-to-end processes.
- •Requirements Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- •Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Logistics Control Tower solutions.
- •Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
- •Strong problem-solving mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-mix environments.
