TL;DR
Lead IT business delivery, managing strategic technology initiatives and program governance globally.
- •Lead the governance, planning, and coordination of strategic technology initiatives across ASM's global business application portfolio, ensuring measurable value delivery and execution excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead governance activities for digital transformation and business application initiatives.
- •Manage the intake, review, and prioritization of enhancement and change requests.
- •Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking processes.
- •Build strong relationships with strategic partners, system integrators, and software vendors.
- •Coordinate delivery plans across internal technology teams and external partners.
- •Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience leading IT programs or PMO functions.
- •Minimum 5 years of experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- •Experience managing significant program budgets and financial controls.
- •Strong knowledge of program governance, portfolio management, and change control.
- •Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives in a global and matrixed environment.
