About the role
TL;DR
Drive end-to-end Credit Union onboarding projects, defining structure and process with a consultative approach.
- •Engagement Managers are responsible for the end-to-end success of Credit Union onboarding projects at Clutch, from kickoff to go-live.
- •This is a builder's role requiring autonomy to define structure and process, with a consultative approach to diagnose customer needs and prescribe solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the full project management lifecycle for onboarding projects, including planning, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
- •Hold cross-functional project teams accountable to milestones and quality standards through credibility and influence.
- •Develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures, and produce weekly status reporting for executive sponsors.
- •Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks before they impact timelines or satisfaction.
- •Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and executive-level sponsors.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in engagement management, professional services, or implementation project management, ideally within enterprise SaaS or fintech.
- •A consultative background with experience diagnosing business problems and prescribing pragmatic recommendations.
- •Proven track record independently owning a full implementation or project lifecycle.
- •A builder's mentality, energized by creating structure and process where none exists.
- •Executive-level stakeholder management experience, comfortable building trust and communicating with VP and C-level customer stakeholders.
