TL;DR
Operate autonomous drones for commercial delivery services.
- •Wing is seeking a sUAS Flight Operator for a 36-month fixed-term contract to operate highly autonomous small uncrewed aircraft systems for their commercial drone delivery service.
- •This role is based on-site in Durham, NC.
- •Key Responsibilities Operate multiple highly autonomous small uncrewed aircraft systems.
- •Monitor flight and system conditions.
- •Ensure daily operations are safely conducted.
- •Maintain high professional standards as a drone Part 135 pilot-in-command.
- •Ensure technical and operational readiness of the Remote Operations Center.
- •Requirements Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate. 3+ years of experience in commercial or public UAS operations or university-level education in civil aviation operations.
- •Experience with web-based monitoring and control systems.
- •Must possess FAA First, Second, or Third Class Medical Certificate.
- •Ability to work a rotating 7-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
