- •This role is crucial for enhancing user acquisition efficiency through mathematical modeling of market and user dynamics.
- •Key Responsibilities Model player behavior at scale to inform marketing spend.
- •Improve performance measurement frameworks, estimating causal impact and lifetime value.
- •Create and enhance tools for optimizing acquisition campaigns.
- •Build capabilities for running experiments to improve creative assets and marketing operations.
- •Develop agentic AI for campaign monitoring, diagnosis, and action.
- •Requirements Experience applying statistical or machine learning techniques (causal inference, experimentation design, predictive models).
- •Experience designing and developing data-intensive applications in the cloud using Spark, SQL, Python, Airflow.
- •Experience using AI tools to multiply output; building agentic workflows is a plus.
- •Excellent high-level communication skills and proficiency in written English.
