- •Weave is seeking a Staff GenAI Engineer to lead product innovation and build AI-powered applications, specializing in voice and audio.
- •You will be a technical leader bridging machine learning and customer-facing products.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and develop ML infrastructure, tooling, and models for world-class experiences.
- •Build internal and external products and platforms to integrate AI into features.
- •Consult with teams on ML patterns and tradeoffs, shaping technical strategy.
- •Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers and elevate architectural thinking across teams.
- •Requirements 15+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI, with a focus on audio and voice GenAI solutions at scale.
- •Deep expertise with modern ML tools and techniques such as LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine Tuning, and high-scale audio/voice models.
- •Demonstrable experience building and deploying ML-driven B2B multi-tenant applications in production environments at scale.
- •Track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes.
