Lead AI development for Neo4j's Hume platform, focusing on architecture and hands-on engineering.
- •Neo4j is seeking a visionary and hands-on Tech Lead for AI to shape and build the artificial intelligence capabilities of Hume, their connected data analytics platform.
- •The initial focus will be on Hume Maestro, the core AI component.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect the foundations and technical roadmap of the AI layer within the Hume platform.
- •Actively contribute to the codebase, setting the standard for technical excellence in AI components.
- •Collaborate with Product Managers and Chief Scientist to align technical execution with product vision.
- •Partner with the broader Hume team for seamless integration of AI capabilities.
- •Drive best practices in AI/ML engineering, including model evaluation and deployment.
- •Requirements Proven track record as a Senior or Lead Engineer with deep expertise in AI and Machine Learning.
- •Strong experience in designing and deploying AI architectures, with a focus on LLMs, graph-based AI, or complex data processing.
- •Ability to bridge the gap between high-level research/vision and production-ready engineering.
- •Experience working closely with Product and Science stakeholders.
- •Desire to eventually lead and inspire a team.
