- •Adhere to strict safety and compliance protocols, ensuring all fault triage, diagnosis, and repairs follow the correct procedures.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, software and hardware fault triage, and repair processes.
- •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, meeting strict SLAs (5-minute response time).
- •Capable of working closely with global teams, providing clear technical updates.
- •Deep understanding of safety protocols, incident management, and adherence to operational procedures.
- •Familiarity with diagnostic tools, software monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog), and ticketing systems like JIRA.
