- •Hadrian is seeking an EHS Engineer to support safety operations in their new 2.25 million square foot manufacturing facility.
- •This role is crucial for building safe, scalable processes around novel manufacturing technologies.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engineering controls, administrative procedures, and PPE programs.
- •Partner with engineers to integrate safety by design into new process development.
- •Lead or support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action.
- •Author and maintain safety procedures, SOPs, and risk assessments.
- •Conduct hazard assessments for new equipment and processes.
- •Requirements 5-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- •Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- •Technical knowledge of hazards associated with welding, additive manufacturing, casting, forging, and fabrication.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Ability to assess risk in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
