About the role
TL;DR
Manages ECM staff remotely, overseeing client care and team performance.
- •Vynca is seeking an ECM Clinical Manager (RN) to provide remote clinical oversight and management of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) staff.
- •This role focuses on addressing client needs, collaborating with care teams, and driving team performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of approximately 10-15 direct reports under the ECM team.
- •Oversee client outreach, enrollments, and the creation of Individual Care Plans.
- •Drive the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
- •Provide clinical oversight approximately 30% of the time.
- •Collaborate with the Director(s) of Enhanced Care Management to implement changes and process improvements.
- •Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license with the ability to obtain California licensure within 6 months of hire. 2 years of people management experience (4 years preferred). 2-3 years of care management experience. 1-2 years of post-acute experience.
- •Willing and able to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time, with flexibility for potential evenings and weekends.
