- •The Risk Operations Supervisor will provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Risk Operations function, supporting Underwriting, Loss Control, and Workers' Compensation Claims.
- •This role ensures consistent execution of processes, maintains compliance, and supports effective risk management services.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise the Risk Operations team, assigning and monitoring workloads to meet service levels and quality standards.
- •Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members.
- •Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues and workflow challenges.
- •Support underwriting, loss control, and workers' compensation claims operations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- •Monitor team activities for compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- •Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation, underwriting, risk operations, or related PEO functions.
- •Prior supervisory, lead, or coordination experience required.
- •Working knowledge of risk management, workers' compensation, underwriting, and PEO insurance operations.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- •High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
