- •Kin Insurance is seeking an Office & Experience Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of their Chicago office, coordinate onsite events, and contribute to culture programs.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring the office is a welcoming and functional space for employees.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, mail, and vendor management.
- •Coordinate and execute all office events and company onsites.
- •Manage the company swag program from inventory to distribution.
- •Build and run employee experience programs, including new hire orientation and recognition initiatives.
- •Maintain office space to be professional, organized, and reflective of Kin's culture.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in workplace or employee experience support.
- •Proven experience planning and executing events, including vendor coordination and budgeting.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- •Ability to build relationships with internal teams, vendors, and landlords.
- •Comfortable working in the downtown Chicago office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
