- •Vynca is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to support and independently manage an interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care delivery.
- •This role involves leading initiatives to improve clinical care and launch new programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise interdisciplinary team members (RNs, LVNs, Social Workers, Chaplains, MAs).
- •Lead and contribute to initiatives for improving clinical care and launching new programs.
- •Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve clinical workflow issues.
- •Ensure adequate and efficient patient care coverage and support KPI achievement.
- •Provide direct patient care delivery as needed.
- •Requirements Active, unrestricted RN license with ability to obtain California licensure. 2 years of people management experience. 5 years in direct care delivery as an RN, with at least 2 years in palliative care, hospice care, or complex care management.
- •Proven, results-driven leader with experience in change management.
- •Strong organizational and independent working skills.
