About the role
TL;DR
Build and manage hiring processes and systems for a fast-growing company.
- •Build the machine that hires a company by creating ATS, pipelines, scorecards, and processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop the ATS with pipelines, stages, templates, and automations.
- •Create a scheduling operation for interview loops across time zones.
- •Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely responses and respectful rejections.
- •Establish an interviewer workflow with scorecards, feedback collection, and debriefs.
- •Coordinate with agencies and sources to track briefs, submissions, and feedback loops.
- •Manage hiring data to track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and conversion by stage.
- •Requirements 2+ years in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a similar role.
- •Experience running on lists and systems, not memory.
- •Reliable and proactive with warm and precise writing.
- •Strong English proficiency; Polish a plus for local candidates and agencies.
- •Warsaw-based, on-site.
