TL;DR
Ensure quality and conformity of pre-owned fashion items in a luxury marketplace workshop.
- •Vestiaire Collective is an international marketplace for pre-owned fashion and luxury goods.
- •As a guarantor of excellence and trust within our Tourcoing workshop, the Quality Control Associate plays a central role in securing our transactions.
- •Key Responsibilities Evaluate the conformity of items (Ready-to-wear, Shoes, Bags, Accessories) against listings and company specifications.
- •Ensure optimal production flow with an average target of 129 products processed per day.
- •Maintain maximum customer satisfaction by keeping the expertise return rate below 0.37%.
- •Conduct level 1 negotiations autonomously to find solutions for buyers and sellers.
- •Enrich product history and technical sheets and perform minor article sublimation if necessary.
- •Requirements Technical know-how (a plus): In-depth knowledge of materials, textures, fashion history, and major brands.
- •Analytical skills: Ability to master complex quality standards and identify non-conformities.
- •Behavioral skills: Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, rigor, and adaptability.
