Strategy & Operations role in the CEO Office at Vega, focusing on high-priority business initiatives.
- •Vega is seeking high-performing individuals to join the CEO Office, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth.
- •This role involves working on the highest strategic priorities of the business, transforming private markets with an AI-native operating system.
- •Key Responsibilities Context-switch across strategy, go-to-market, operations, external comms, special projects, and investor relations.
- •Own projects from Day 1, including representing Vega externally.
- •Work closely with Product & Growth and Engineering teams.
- •Requirements 3-6 years of experience in MBB or finance/investing at a Tier 1 institution with a clear strategic thinking spike.
- •High standards of excellence, risk tolerance, and ambition.
- •Low ego and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business.
- •Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
