Coordinate commercial mortgage administration and portfolio management tasks for EQ Bank.
- •EQ Bank is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Coordinator to support its Portfolio Management team within the Commercial Finance Group.
- •This role involves assisting with the administration of the loan book, processing transactions, and preparing reports.
- •Key Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and distribute the Construction Progress Report monthly.
- •Assist Account Managers with daily loan book administration, including generating quotes and reviewing due diligence.
- •Process mortgage renewals, extensions, and annual reviews on PPlus.
- •Update renewal/annual review pipeline reports and prepare departmental management reports.
- •Requirements OSSD diploma. 1-3 years of Commercial mortgage administration and credit experience is a definite asset.
- •Extensive working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Cyber Query and PPlus.
- •Ability to summarize/analyse raw data using Excel (including VLOOKUPs, macros, pivot tables, and graphs).
