- •Veeam is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for its Data and AI Security portfolio, including Data Security and AI Security Posture Management (AISPM).
- •This is a strategic priority area following the Securiti AI acquisition.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the Data and AI Security portfolio and adjacent data access governance capabilities.
- •Lead and develop the product management team supporting this portfolio.
- •Translate company strategy into a prioritized roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- •Represent product strategy to the CEO and executive team with data-driven narratives.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
- •Requirements 10+ years in product management, with significant experience leading product teams.
- •Direct experience in data security, data access governance, cloud security posture management (CSPM/CIEM), or AI governance/security.
- •Proven ability to operate with high autonomy and report directly to executive leadership.
- •Strong analytical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication.
- •Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
