About the role
TL;DR
Senior Product Manager to own product growth for customer acquisition and self-serve signups.
- •You’ll be the product owner for how companies discover Tremendous, sign up, and send their first reward.
- •You'll own product growth overall, but self-serve clients are your primary focus and scorecard.
- •Key Responsibilities Own first touch to first reward sent, including signup, onboarding, and the first order.
- •Develop the growth roadmap and help staff the squad that runs it.
- •Build systems for rapid testing of landing pages and conversion flows.
- •Run campaigns with Marketing, covering audience, copy, landing pages, emails, and ads.
- •Give acquisition channels product and engineering muscle (referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search, etc.).
- •Requirements 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer, with experience in acquisition, conversion, or activation.
- •Technical depth to instrument funnels, read data, and build landing pages.
- •Strong judgment for conversion flows and knowing when to test.
- •Healthy skepticism of growth playbooks and understanding their limitations.
- •Outstanding written communication skills.
