- •Vapi is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the CEO, tackling ambiguous, high-stakes problems and driving them to resolution.
- •This role is for a builder who wants to operate at the center of the company and grow into a broad operating leader.
- •Key Responsibilities Embed with the CEO and leadership team to understand the business and operating cadence.
- •Drive ambiguous, cross-functional problems to measurable outcomes.
- •Operate as a trusted extension of the CEO, making decisions and running key company processes.
- •Identify and own or build teams for future high-leverage problems.
- •Requirements Strong business generalist with a technical bent.
- •Experience founding a company or operating with high ownership in a fast-moving environment.
- •Exceptional organizational skills and ability to bring order to ambiguity.
- •Comfortable owning a broad and shifting set of responsibilities.
- •Ideally, consulting, banking, or similar structured-problem-solving background.
