TL;DR
Builds AI-powered workflows to scale GTM functions and improve rep productivity.
- •Baseten's GTM Engineering team builds and maintains the connective tissue across the company's GTM tools, processes, and user experience.
- •This role focuses on designing, building, and shipping AI-powered workflows to scale GTM functions as a competitive advantage.
- •Key Responsibilities Ship AI-powered workflows for the field, building agents and automations to off-load manual work.
- •Translate data from Salesforce, warehouses, and usage into actionable dashboards, scores, and alerts for reps.
- •Audit the GTM stack, identify gaps, and generate your own backlog of improvements.
- •Ship rep-productivity workflows rapidly, triaging asks and building low-hanging fruit.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role.
- •Shipped production agents on Vercel and have genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling.
- •Hands-on experience with Clay as a primary enrichment and workflow tool and direct experience with Salesforce.
- •Track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
