Recruit top talent for non-technical, non-sales functions in a fast-growing startup.
- •As a Business Recruiter on our growing Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner closely with business leaders on attracting and acquiring top talent for variable non-technical, non-sales functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate variable openings.
- •Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
- •Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.
- •Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies.
- •Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process.
- •Requirements 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- •Experience working at a startup that has experienced fast growth.
- •Enjoy every part of the hiring process, from sourcing to signing, and love having end-to-end ownership.
- •Deeply passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process.
- •Hustle, scrappy and comfortable with the ambiguity of early stage startups and want to work hard.
- •Track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
- •Data, systems & process oriented.
