- •Twin Health is seeking a detail-oriented Licensing Coordinator to manage healthcare professional licensing, health plan credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
- •This role is crucial for enabling the clinical care team to focus on delivering exceptional metabolic care while supporting the business's growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee multi-state healthcare professional licensing applications, renewals, and maintenance.
- •Manage provider onboarding through health plan credentialing processes and CAQH profiles.
- •Track licensing requirements, renewal dates, and regulatory compliance across various platforms.
- •Collaborate with internal Legal and Compliance teams and external agencies to resolve inquiries.
- •Analyze data to identify trends, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize licensing geography.
- •Requirements 2+ years of healthcare licensing and credentialing experience, preferably in telemedicine or health-tech.
- •Proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), Adobe Sign, Salesforce, and credentialing databases.
- •Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- •Proven ability to engage providers at all levels and build trust.
- •Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
