About the role
TL;DR
Serve as the primary post-sales technical architect for enterprise AI Gateway customers.
- •You'll be the primary post-sales technical point of contact for TrueFoundry's largest AI Gateway customers, acting as a trusted architect.
- •You will guide platform, security, and application teams through governance layers, understand how it maps to their specific industry and business processes, drive their business growth on the platform, and serve as the technical bridge between their evolving AI usage and TrueFoundry's product/engineering teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Onboard customers onto AI Gateway at full scale, owning time to first value and adoption rate.
- •Design access-control models and unified authorization across model calls, MCP tools, and agent-to-agent calls.
- •Advise on guardrail strategy and guide agent governance, including agent identity and authorization.
- •Own technical escalations end-to-end, from first response to resolution time.
- •Proactively track account health and usage trends, translating platform telemetry into business metrics.
- •Requirements 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role at an API/infra/security or AI platform company, with a strong track record managing large enterprise accounts.
- •Demonstrated experience partnering with enterprise customers to connect business domain requirements to technical architecture decisions.
- •Solid grasp of API gateway concepts and LLM-specific concerns.
- •Working understanding of OAuth token exchange, delegation, and identity federation patterns.
- •Familiarity with MCP or comparable tool-calling/agent frameworks is a strong plus.
