About the role
TL;DR
Own the technical sales cycle for AI infrastructure, driving customer adoption and product feedback.
- •TrueFoundry is building the foundational infrastructure layer for production AI systems, enabling companies to route between models, manage tools, orchestrate agents, and enforce governance.
- •This role focuses on the Go-to-Market (GTM) aspect, acting as the technical bridge between TrueFoundry's AI infrastructure platform and enterprise customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical arc of customer deals, from discovery and demos to architecture discussions and POC execution.
- •Win POCs by defining success criteria, managing execution, and writing integration glue, agent workflows, and eval pipelines.
- •Make critical architecture decisions for customers running AI in production, acting as the trusted technical advisor.
- •Serve as the technical face of TrueFoundry to enterprise clients, building credibility and driving contract closures.
- •Steer product development by compiling field signals and providing structured, data-backed feedback to engineering and product teams.
- •Requirements 3-7 years of backend software engineering experience with production systems, strong in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- •Comfort with Kubernetes or major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- •Strong business acumen to understand customer needs and identify deal-winning opportunities.
- •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, agents, evals, or ML pipelines in production.
- •Experience leading architecture discussions and a bias for action.
