About the role
TL;DR
DevOps Engineer responsible for development and production environments, focusing on reliability and automation.
- •OneTrust is hiring a DevOps Engineer to own day-to-day work on their development and production environments.
- •This role will contribute directly to the reliability and automation of the OneTrust platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and execute automation for cloud-based product deployments and auto-scaling with zero-downtime rollback.
- •Maintain and improve continuous integration workflows and deployment scripting.
- •Respond to and troubleshoot issues identified by monitoring and alerting metrics.
- •Perform Root Cause Analysis for service interruptions and follow incident response protocol.
- •Contribute to automation, auditing, and tooling for security, compliance, and resource usage.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 2+ years as a Software Developer, Systems Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
- •Experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent).
- •Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Gitlab or similar).
- •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- •A working understanding of code and scripting (Python, Perl).
- •Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- •Agile development experience (Scrum, XP, or Kanban).
- •Ability to use open-source technologies and cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
- •Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development/work tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar) in a professional setting.
